Return Policy: Refund policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds. However, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition are eligible for return.

Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate a return for damaged goods, email us at support@source-self.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If
approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
